From brain to heart

Thanks for HG 4001-because of all the other classes and experiences of life  HG 4001 was a real eye-opener for me.  Now I am at peace with myself and better accept others as who and where they are in their life right now. When I listen and talk to people now I focus on breathing before I answer a question and then speak from brain to heart and not just brain. This shift to me is huge - it may not be apparent to others- but it is to me. I look forward to our next class!
